You have the right to withdraw from the contract executed with the seller, without any penalty and without  reason, within ten working days, starting from the day of receipt of the product.  You can ask for a change with another size or another item.

Payment with PayPal

PayPal is the quick, reliable and innovative way to shop online.  If you already have a PayPal account, just enter your email address and password. Further, yiu do not share your financial information.  When you buy with PayPal, you benefit from high standards of protection for your online shopping, and every time you buy an item, you’ll receive a confirmation email to track the transaction you’ve made.  For rechargeable cardholders we recommend having a higher availability of a few euros more than the amount to be paid in order to avoid the insufficiency of funds as PayPal, at its discretion, may temporarily hold 1 USD (0.76/0.78 Euro) for each purchase attempt to verify the validity of the card. The amount will be immediately returned and will not appear on your statement.  You can also pay if you do not have a PayPal account by simply entering your credit card details; we will receive the payment immediately so that to be allowed to send your orders the same day. If after making the payment you decide to cancel the order and request a refund, € 1.00 will be withheld for handling fees from the amount paid.

Shipments

Shipment of your orders

Orders are usually sent within 2 days of receipt of payment. They will be sent with tracking and delivery without signature. Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your order online. Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postal charges. Operating costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders made in different orders, so shipping costs will be charged for each one. Packages are adequately large and your products will be safed.
